The stacked clay pots, nestled within the restored room, offered a, nuanced display of light and dark, illuminating their rich, varied tones.

The patterns and muted colors captivated me, and this image is the result.

Mission San Luis served as the western capital of Spanish Florida from 1656 - 1704. This historic site details the story of that time and of the Apalachee people who inhabited the area alongside the Spanish.
